一、LYSLJ-200高壓驗電器驗電電壓校驗裝置概述

是按照國(guo)(guo)家電力公司關于(yu)頒(ban)發(fa)《電力安全工器(qi)具(ju)預(yu)防性(xing)試(shi)驗規(gui)程》(試(shi)行)的通知(國(guo)(guo)電發(fa)[2002]777號)的要(yao)(yao)求的基礎上研(yan)制而成,本產品各項指標(biao)(biao)(biao)均符合國(guo)(guo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)的要(yao)(yao)求。可以按《電力安全工器(qi)具(ju)預(yu)防性(xing)試(shi)驗規(gui)程》要(yao)(yao)求對驗電器(qi)功(gong)能(neng)檢(jian)測(ce),產品適用于(yu)所有與(yu)電力相關行業10KV~500KV驗電器(qi)檢(jian)測(ce),功(gong)能(neng)檢(jian)測(ce)具(ju)體(ti)要(yao)(yao)求參照DL740-2014標(biao)(biao)(biao)準。

四、試驗裝置的闡述

根據DL740-2014標準,10KV~35KV,采(cai)用(yong)的均(jun)壓環(huan)(huan)直(zhi)徑為(wei)550mm,均(jun)勻(yun)環(huan)(huan)圓(yuan)心(xin)到地距離不(bu)低(di)于1.5m,均(jun)壓球直(zhi)徑為(wei)60mm。而66KV~330KV采(cai)用(yong)的均(jun)壓環(huan)(huan)直(zhi)徑為(wei)1050mm,均(jun)勻(yun)環(huan)(huan)圓(yuan)心(xin)到地距離不(bu)低(di)于2.5m,均(jun)壓球直(zhi)徑為(wei)100mm。固(gu)本套(tao)設備分為(wei)2個裝(zhuang)置。

做(zuo)10KV~35KV驗電器試(shi)驗時采用(yong)均壓(ya)環(huan)直徑為550mm的(de)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),做(zuo)35KV~500KV驗電器試(shi)驗采用(yong)均壓(ya)環(huan)直徑為1050mm的(de)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。

驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)器分(fen)帶(dai)接觸電(dian)極(ji)延長(chang),和(he)不帶(dai)接觸電(dian)極(ji)延長(chang)2種,兩種驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)器的試驗(yan)(yan)方(fang)法(fa)也不相同(tong)。

驗電(dian)器(qi)(qi)功(gong)能檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測分驗電(dian)器(qi)(qi)啟動檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測、同(tong)向干(gan)擾檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測、反向干(gan)擾檢(jian)(jian)(jian)測。啟動電(dian)壓報警在(zai)標稱值的15%~40%為(wei)合(he)格,否則驗電(dian)器(qi)(qi)不合(he)格。

五 、驗(yan)電器功(gong)能檢測的試驗(yan)方法

1、驗(yan)電(dian)器啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)壓(ya)的試驗(yan)

器動電壓的測量接線

如上圖(tu)所(suo)示為2中驗電器啟動電壓的接線圖(tu),左圖(tu)為帶(dai)(dai)接觸(chu)電極延長的驗電器,右圖(tu)為不帶(dai)(dai)接觸(chu)電極延長的驗電器。

這里以35KV帶接觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極延長的(de)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)為例(li)(注:做啟動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)需配(pei)合升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備):首(shou)先將帶導(dao)(dao)軌的(de)試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)平(ping)車(che)(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)中間(jian)平(ping)車(che)(che)(che)(安(an)裝有(you)(you)均(jun)(jun)(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)(huan))移動(dong)(dong)標(biao)有(you)(you)a1430mm(紅色帶箭(jian)頭(tou))位置(zhi),平(ping)車(che)(che)(che)上(shang)(shang)的(de)標(biao)尺與平(ping)臺上(shang)(shang)的(de)標(biao)尺對齊(qi)。然(ran)后接好地線(xian)(xian)包(bao)括(kuo)2平(ping)車(che)(che)(che)底座、均(jun)(jun)(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)(huan)及升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備,將驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)固定在小平(ping)車(che)(che)(che)上(shang)(shang),同時(shi)將驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)抽出,然(ran)后移動(dong)(dong)小平(ping)車(che)(che)(che)使得驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)穿過均(jun)(jun)(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)(huan),且(qie)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)的(de)金屬(shu)頭(tou)與均(jun)(jun)(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)球(qiu)接觸(chu)保(bao)持即(ji)可,將升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備的(de)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian)接到(dao)均(jun)(jun)(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)球(qiu)延長桿上(shang)(shang),再接升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備的(de)其(qi)他導(dao)(dao)線(xian)(xian),試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)人員(yuan)撤離(li)到(dao)安(an)全區后合上(shang)(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),將升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備均(jun)(jun)(jun)勻加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)知道驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)發出報(bao)警,馬上(shang)(shang)停止加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),此時(shi)記錄下(xia)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)數值,且(qie)比對數值是否落(luo)在35KV的(de)15%~40%內(5.25kv~14kv),是表明(ming)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)啟動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)報(bao)警合格,否則此驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)合格。其(qi)它規格的(de)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)啟動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)也(ye)是如(ru)此,通過移動(dong)(dong)均(jun)(jun)(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環(huan)(huan)平(ping)車(che)(che)(che)到(dao)位置(zhi)即(ji)可。

同干(gan)擾的電(dian)場影響的接(jie)線

上(shang)圖為2種驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)同(tong)向干擾的(de)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)影響試驗(yan),試驗(yan)步驟(zou)與驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)啟動電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)相似,首先移動導軌平車(che)到位置(zhi)(平車(che)上(shang)有標記),接好地(di)線,將均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)球及均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)環都接上(shang)高壓(ya)(ya),然后(hou)在(zai)進行升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya),將電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)到驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)標稱值的(de)0.4倍(bei)或(huo)0.45倍(bei)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)后(hou)停止(zhi)加壓(ya)(ya),(比如10KV的(de)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升(sheng)到4000V),如此(ci)時(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)有報警說明(ming)此(ci)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)合格,否則(ze)為不合格。

相干擾(rao)電場影響的接線

上(shang)圖為2種(zhong)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)反(fan)向(xiang)干擾(rao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場影響試驗(yan)(yan),試驗(yan)(yan)步驟與驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)啟動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)相(xiang)似,首先移(yi)動(dong)導軌平車(che)到(dao)位置(平車(che)上(shang)有標記),接好地(di)線,均(jun)壓(ya)球也接地(di),而(er)高壓(ya)線接在均(jun)壓(ya)環上(shang),然后在進行(xing)升(sheng)壓(ya),將電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)到(dao)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)標稱(cheng)值(zhi)的(de)0.6倍電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時停(ting)止加壓(ya),(比如(ru)10KV的(de)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升(sheng)到(dao)6000V),如(ru)此(ci)時驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)沒有報警說明此(ci)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)合格,否(fou)則為不(bu)合格。

 六、注意(yi)事項。

1、本設備必須配(pei)合升壓變壓器方可(ke)試驗。

2、裝置底座需接地

3、保持裝置干(gan)凈(jing),定期護理在(zai)導軌上涂上潤滑油。

一、產品概述

LYYD高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)成套裝置是在(zai)同類(lei)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)YDJ(G)型(xing)高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器的(de)基礎上(shang),按試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)器國(guo)家(jia)標準ZBK41006—89要求,經(jing)改進后(hou)生產(chan)的(de)一(yi)種新(xin)型(xing)產(chan)品(pin)(pin),本系列產(chan)品(pin)(pin)具有體積小、重量輕、結構緊湊(cou)、功能齊全、使用(yong)方便等(deng)(deng)特點(dian)。實用(yong)于電(dian)(dian)力(li)、工礦、科(ke)研等(deng)(deng)部(bu)門,對(dui)各(ge)種高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)氣設備、電(dian)(dian)氣元件、絕緣材料進行工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)和直流泄(xie)漏試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),是高壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中*的(de)儀器。

二、產品結構

LYYD高壓(ya)(ya)試驗成套裝置(zhi)鐵芯(xin)為單框式。線圈采用同芯(xin)圓(yuan)筒多層塔式結構(gou),初級低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上,次級高壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組繞(rao)在低(di)壓(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組外(wai)(wai)側,這(zhe)種同軸布置(zhi)減少(shao)了繞(rao)組間的藕(ou)合損耗。高壓(ya)(ya)硅堆(dui)用特殊工藝封(feng)裝在套管內,產(chan)品的外(wai)(wai)殼制成與器芯(xin)配(pei)合較佳(jia)的八(ba)角形結構(gou),整體外(wai)(wai)型美觀(guan)大方。其內外(wai)(wai)部(bu)結構(gou)見圖1。

三、工作原理

LYYD系列輕型高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)為單(dan)相變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi),聯結組標號II。單(dan)臺高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)工作過程,用交流220V(10KVA以上(shang)(shang)為380V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)接入(ru)電源控制箱(xiang)(臺),經電源控制箱(xiang)(臺)內自藕調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(50KVA以上(shang)(shang)調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)外附(fu))調(diao)節0~200V(10KVA以上(shang)(shang)0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)至(zhi)試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的(de)初級繞(rao)組,根(gen)據電磁感應原(yuan)理,在試驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組可(ke)獲得試驗(yan)(yan)所需的(de)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。其工作原(yuan)理圖見圖2所示。

2、單臺交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)兩用型高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)工作原理(li)見(jian)圖(tu)3。圖(tu)中(zhong)所示:高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管內裝有高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),以獲得直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當用一短路桿將高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短接時,可(ke)獲得交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),其狀(zhuang)態為(wei)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出;反之在抽出短路桿時,其狀(zhuang)態為(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出。

四、使用方法及注意事項(xiang)    

1、LYYD高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器做工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗使用(yong)接線(xian)方法見(jian)圖5。做工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗前,先(xian)根據試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)額定容量(liang)選擇好限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu),(水電(dian)阻(zu))的(de)阻(zu)值,再根據被試(shi)品需加的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值調(diao)整好放電(dian)球隙的(de)球間(jian)距,為了提高(gao)對被試(shi)品施加電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)測量(liang)精(jing)度,應在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

R1、R2- 限流電阻; Qx- 放電球隙; Zx- 被試品;

FRC- 阻容分(fen)壓器; V- 分(fen)壓器高壓表。 

按(an)照圖(tu)4、結合圖(tu)2所進行的(de)工(gong)(gong)頻耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)接好(hao)工(gong)(gong)作線路,試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)繞阻的(de)X端(duan)(高(gao)壓(ya)尾(wei))、儀表測量(liang)繞組的(de)F端(duan)、試(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)的(de)外殼以及電源控制箱(臺)的(de)外殼必須可靠(kao)接地。

用(yong)三臺試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器串激做工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時、第(di)二(er)(er)、三級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)初級(ji)繞組(zu)X端(duan)(duan),儀表測量繞組(zu)的(de)F端(duan)(duan),以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)的(de)X端(duan)(duan)(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)尾)均(jun)接(jie)本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)外殼(ke),第(di)二(er)(er)、三級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)主(zhu)體(ti)必須放置在(zai)絕緣支架上。除(chu)**級(ji)以外、第(di)二(er)(er)、三級(ji)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)主(zhu)體(ti)不要(yao)接(jie)地線(xian)。其接(jie)線(xian)方式見圖3所(suo)示(shi)。

接電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)前(qian),電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)控制(zhi)箱(臺)的(de)調壓(ya)器必須調到零位(wei)。接通電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)后,綠色指示(shi)燈亮,按一下啟動(dong)按鈕(niu),紅(hong)色指示(shi)燈亮,表示(shi)試驗變壓(ya)器已接通控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),開始升壓(ya)。

從零位開始(shi)按(an)順時針方(fang)向勻(yun)速(su)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。(升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式有(you):快速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20S逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60S逐(zhu)級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),極(ji)慢速(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零開始(shi)按(an)選定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),再以(yi)每秒(miao)2%額定(ding)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所(suo)需(xu)試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意測量儀表的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)以(yi)及被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)的(de)(de)情況,被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)施加電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)時間到(dao)后(hou)。應(ying)在數秒(miao)內勻(yun)速(su)將調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器返回(hui),高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降至1/3試(shi)驗(yan)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)以(yi)下(xia),按(an)一下(xia)停止(zhi)按(an)鈕,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)出停止(zhi),然(ran)后(hou)切斷電(dian)源線(xian),試(shi)驗(yan)完畢。

工(gong)頻耐壓試(shi)驗操作過(guo)程注意事(shi)項

1、試驗(yan)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)應(ying)做好(hao)責任分工,設(she)定(ding)好(hao)試驗(yan)現場的安(an)全距(ju)離,仔細檢查好(hao)被(bei)(bei)試品及試驗(yan)變壓器的接地情況,并設(she)有專人(ren)(ren)監護安(an)全及觀察被(bei)(bei)試品狀態工作。

2、被試品主要(yao)部位應清(qing)理干(gan)凈,保(bao)持優良干(gan)燥,以免損(sun)壞被試品和(he)帶來試驗數(shu)值的誤差(cha)。

3、對大型設備的試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),一般都應先進行試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變壓器的空(kong)升試(shi)驗(yan)(yan),即不接試(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電壓,以便(bian)校(xiao)對好(hao)儀表的指示精度,調(diao)整(zheng)好(hao)放電球隙的球間距。

4、做耐壓(ya)試驗時升(sheng)壓(ya)速(su)度不能過快,并防(fang)止突然加壓(ya),例如調(diao)壓(ya)器不在零位的突然合閘,也不能突然斷電(dian),一(yi)般(ban)應在調(diao)壓(ya)器降至(zhi)零位時分閘。

5、在(zai)升(sheng)壓或耐(nai)壓試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,如發(fa)現下列不(bu)正常(chang)情(qing)況,1 電(dian)壓、電(dian)流表(biao)指針擺動很大,2 被試品發(fa)出(chu)不(bu)正常(chang)響(xiang)聲,3 發(fa)現絕緣有燒焦或冒煙現象,應(ying)立即降壓,切斷電(dian)源,停止試驗(yan)并查明原因。

6、使用本(ben)產品(pin)做高壓試驗時,除(chu)熟悉(xi)本(ben)說明書(shu)外,還必須嚴格(ge)執(zhi)行(xing)國(guo)家有關標準和操作規程。

2、YDQ交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)兩用高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器做直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)和泄(xie)(xie)漏試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)使(shi)用接線方(fang)法見圖5。由于是(shi)交直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)兩用高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器,應把高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)短路桿從套管中抽出(chu),使(shi)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器為直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)狀態。做直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)泄(xie)(xie)漏試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)前,先根(gen)據(ju)泄(xie)(xie)漏試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)中輸出(chu)端斷(duan)路電流(liu)(liu)(liu)不超過高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆(dui)(dui)的(de)(de)(de)*大(da)整流(liu)(liu)(liu)為宜,選(xuan)擇好限流(liu)(liu)(liu)電阻(水(shui)電阻)的(de)(de)(de)阻值,再根(gen)據(ju)被試(shi)品對(dui)直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)波(bo)形的(de)(de)(de)要求選(xuan)擇好高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)濾波(bo)電容(rong)的(de)(de)(de)電容(rong)值。為了提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)對(dui)被試(shi)品施加電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)(de)測(ce)量(liang)精(jing)度,應在高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側(ce)接入FRC阻容(rong)分壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測(ce)量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。 

R- 限流(liu)電阻(zu); C- 高壓濾波電容; Zx- 被(bei)試(shi)品; G- 硅堆短路桿;

按照圖(tu)5、結合圖(tu)3所進行的直流泄漏試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)接好工(gong)作線(xian)路。試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的高壓(ya)繞組(zu)的X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)、儀(yi)表測量繞組(zu)的F 端(duan)、試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)的外殼(ke)以及電源控制(zhi)箱(臺(tai))的外殼(ke)必(bi)須(xu)可靠接地(di)。

從(cong)零位開(kai)(kai)始按順時(shi)針(zhen)方向勻(yun)速(su)(su)旋轉調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪(lun)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。(升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式有:快速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)即(ji)20S逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa),即(ji)60S逐級升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa);級慢速(su)(su)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)供選用)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零開(kai)(kai)始按選定(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)速(su)(su)度升(sheng)(sheng)到您所需額定(ding)試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)或額定(ding)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)下的(de)參考電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。試驗中應嚴密(mi)注意(yi)直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)、泄漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表(biao)指(zhi)示(shi)以及(ji)被試品的(de)情況。試驗完畢(bi)后(hou),應訊速(su)(su)均勻(yun)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降(jiang)至零位,按一下停止按鈕,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)停止,然后(hou)切斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)。此時(shi)應用直流(liu)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)棒給被試品及(ji)試驗裝(zhuang)置本身充分放電(dian)(dian)(dian)。

直流(liu)泄漏(lou)試驗(yan)操作過(guo)程注意事項

(1)試驗人員應做好責任分工,設定好試驗現場的安全距離,仔細檢查好被試品及試驗變壓器的接地情況,并設有專人監護安全及觀察被試品狀態工作。
(2)被試品做試驗前,應拆除所有對外連線,并充分放電,主要部位應清理干凈,保持優良干燥,以免損壞被試品及帶來試驗數值的誤差。
(3)對于大容量試品(電容器、超長電纜等)試驗時應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電電流過大而燒壞微安表,必要時應分級加壓分別讀取各電壓下微安表的穩定讀數。
(4)試(shi)驗過程中,應(ying)嚴密監視被(bei)試(shi)品、微(wei)安表及試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)等(deng)(deng),一旦發生閃爍、擊(ji)穿等(deng)(deng)現象應(ying)立即(ji)降壓,切斷電源(yuan),并查明原因。

六、主要試驗設備的選擇

1、試驗變壓器
其(qi)高壓側(ce)額定(ding)電(dian)壓應不小于被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的*高試(shi)(shi)驗電(dian)壓,額定(ding)電(dian)流(liu)不小于被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的*大電(dian)容電(dian)流(liu)。被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品(pin)的電(dian)容電(dian)流(liu)和試(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓器所需容量計算式為:

被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)電容量(liang)Cx可由交流電橋(qiao)測出。常用的被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)電容量(liang)按表1選取。

2、調壓設備

(1)自(zi)藕調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)。其調壓(ya)(ya)范圍(wei)廣、功率(lv)損耗小(xiao)、波形(xing)畸變(bian)小(xiao)、選擇這種(zhong)調壓(ya)(ya)方式為*好(hao)。自(zi)藕調壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的容(rong)量(liang)按(an)0.75 ~ 1倍的試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的容(rong)量(liang)選擇,適(shi)用于容(rong)量(liang)為100KVA以下的試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)的調壓(ya)(ya)。

(2)感應調壓器。其調壓范圍大,波形畸形小、但結構復(fu)雜、價(jia)格(ge)較貴,當試驗變(bian)壓器的容量較大時(如100KVA以上)使用(yong)。

3、限流電阻

限流電阻的作用是,當被試品擊穿時,限制斷路電流,從而保護試驗變壓器,防止故障的擴大。其數值以*高試驗電壓為準,按0.5 ~ 1 Ω / V(有效值)選擇,限流電阻可用水電阻。注意水不能充滿玻璃管,應留有余地,以防爆裂。
4、放電球隙

放(fang)電(dian)球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)的(de)(de)(de)布(bu)置方式有(you)垂(chui)直和水平兩種,球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)間距S和球(qiu)(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)直徑(jing)D的(de)(de)(de)關系應保(bao)護在0.05D ≤S ≤0.5D范圍(wei)(wei)內,球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)上的(de)(de)(de)水電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)阻(zu)(zu)值一般按0.1 ~ 1Ω/V選取(qu),設(she)置放(fang)電(dian)球(qiu)(qiu)隙(xi)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)是為(wei)了對重要的(de)(de)(de)被試品起保(bao)護作用,可以將由于誤操作或被試品擊穿引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)過電(dian)壓限制在允許的(de)(de)(de)范圍(wei)(wei)內。
