一、LYSLJ-200高壓驗電器出廠校驗裝置概述

是按照(zhao)國家電(dian)(dian)力(li)公(gong)司(si)關于頒(ban)發(fa)《電(dian)(dian)力(li)安(an)(an)全工(gong)器(qi)具(ju)預防(fang)(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》(試(shi)行)的通知(國電(dian)(dian)發(fa)[2002]777號)的要求的基(ji)礎上研制(zhi)而(er)成,本(ben)產品(pin)各(ge)項指標(biao)均符合國標(biao)的要求。可以按《電(dian)(dian)力(li)安(an)(an)全工(gong)器(qi)具(ju)預防(fang)(fang)性試(shi)驗規(gui)程》要求對驗電(dian)(dian)器(qi)功(gong)能檢(jian)(jian)測,產品(pin)適用于所有與電(dian)(dian)力(li)相關行業10KV~500KV驗電(dian)(dian)器(qi)檢(jian)(jian)測,功(gong)能檢(jian)(jian)測具(ju)體要求參(can)照(zhao)DL740-2014標(biao)準(zhun)。

四、試驗裝置的闡述

根(gen)據(ju)DL740-2014標準,10KV~35KV,采(cai)用的(de)均(jun)壓環(huan)(huan)直徑(jing)為(wei)550mm,均(jun)勻環(huan)(huan)圓心(xin)到地距(ju)離不低于(yu)1.5m,均(jun)壓球直徑(jing)為(wei)60mm。而66KV~330KV采(cai)用的(de)均(jun)壓環(huan)(huan)直徑(jing)為(wei)1050mm,均(jun)勻環(huan)(huan)圓心(xin)到地距(ju)離不低于(yu)2.5m,均(jun)壓球直徑(jing)為(wei)100mm。固本套(tao)設備分(fen)為(wei)2個裝置。

做(zuo)10KV~35KV驗(yan)電器試驗(yan)時(shi)采(cai)用(yong)均(jun)壓環(huan)直徑為550mm的裝置,做(zuo)35KV~500KV驗(yan)電器試驗(yan)采(cai)用(yong)均(jun)壓環(huan)直徑為1050mm的裝置。

驗(yan)電器分帶(dai)(dai)接觸(chu)電極延長(chang),和不帶(dai)(dai)接觸(chu)電極延長(chang)2種(zhong)(zhong),兩種(zhong)(zhong)驗(yan)電器的試驗(yan)方法(fa)也(ye)不相同。

驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器功能檢測分驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器啟(qi)動檢測、同向干擾(rao)檢測、反向干擾(rao)檢測。啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)壓報(bao)警在標稱值的(de)15%~40%為合格,否則驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器不合格。

五 、驗電器功能檢測的試驗方法

1、驗(yan)電器啟動電壓的(de)試驗(yan)

器動電壓的測量接線

如上圖(tu)所示為(wei)2中驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器啟動電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)接(jie)(jie)線圖(tu),左圖(tu)為(wei)帶(dai)(dai)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)延(yan)長(chang)的(de)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器,右圖(tu)為(wei)不帶(dai)(dai)接(jie)(jie)觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)延(yan)長(chang)的(de)驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)器。

這里以(yi)35KV帶接觸電(dian)(dian)極延(yan)長的驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)為例(注:做啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)需(xu)配合(he)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)):首先將帶導(dao)軌(gui)的試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)平(ping)(ping)(ping)車(che)上(shang)(shang)(shang)中間平(ping)(ping)(ping)車(che)(安(an)裝(zhuang)有均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環)移動(dong)標(biao)(biao)有a1430mm(紅色帶箭頭)位(wei)置,平(ping)(ping)(ping)車(che)上(shang)(shang)(shang)的標(biao)(biao)尺與平(ping)(ping)(ping)臺上(shang)(shang)(shang)的標(biao)(biao)尺對齊。然(ran)后接好(hao)地線包括2平(ping)(ping)(ping)車(che)底座、均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環及升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei),將驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)固定在小(xiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)車(che)上(shang)(shang)(shang),同時(shi)將驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)抽出(chu),然(ran)后移動(dong)小(xiao)平(ping)(ping)(ping)車(che)使得驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)穿過(guo)均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環,且驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)的金屬頭與均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)球(qiu)接觸保(bao)持即(ji)可,將升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)的高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)導(dao)線接到(dao)均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)球(qiu)延(yan)長桿上(shang)(shang)(shang),再接升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)的其他導(dao)線,試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)人員撤(che)離到(dao)安(an)全區后合(he)上(shang)(shang)(shang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),將升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)設(she)(she)備(bei)均(jun)勻加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)知道驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)發出(chu)報警,馬上(shang)(shang)(shang)停止加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),此時(shi)記錄(lu)下高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)數值(zhi),且比對數值(zhi)是(shi)(shi)否落在35KV的15%~40%內(5.25kv~14kv),是(shi)(shi)表明(ming)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)報警合(he)格(ge)(ge),否則此驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)不合(he)格(ge)(ge)。其它規格(ge)(ge)的驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)也是(shi)(shi)如(ru)此,通過(guo)移動(dong)均(jun)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)環平(ping)(ping)(ping)車(che)到(dao)位(wei)置即(ji)可。

同(tong)干擾(rao)的電場影響的接線

上(shang)圖為(wei)2種驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器同向干(gan)擾的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場影響試驗(yan)(yan)(yan),試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)步驟與驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器啟動電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)相(xiang)似,首(shou)先移動導軌平車(che)到位置(zhi)(平車(che)上(shang)有(you)標記),接(jie)好地(di)線,將(jiang)均壓(ya)(ya)(ya)球及均壓(ya)(ya)(ya)環都接(jie)上(shang)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),然后(hou)在進行升壓(ya)(ya)(ya),將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)升到驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器標稱值的(de)0.4倍或0.45倍的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)后(hou)停止加壓(ya)(ya)(ya),(比如(ru)10KV的(de)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)升到4000V),如(ru)此時驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器有(you)報(bao)警說明此驗(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器合格,否則為(wei)不合格。

相(xiang)干擾(rao)電場影響的接線

上(shang)圖(tu)為(wei)2種(zhong)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)反(fan)向干擾的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場影(ying)響試驗(yan)(yan),試驗(yan)(yan)步驟與驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)啟動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)相(xiang)似(si),首先移動(dong)導軌平車到位置(zhi)(平車上(shang)有(you)標記),接(jie)(jie)好地線,均壓(ya)(ya)球也接(jie)(jie)地,而高壓(ya)(ya)線接(jie)(jie)在均壓(ya)(ya)環上(shang),然(ran)后在進(jin)行升壓(ya)(ya),將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升到驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)標稱值的0.6倍電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時(shi)停止加壓(ya)(ya),(比如10KV的驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)升到6000V),如此時(shi)驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)沒有(you)報警說明(ming)此驗(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)合格,否則為(wei)不合格。

 六(liu)、注意事項(xiang)。

1、本設備必(bi)須(xu)配合升壓變壓器方(fang)可試驗。

2、裝置底座需接地

一、產品概述

LYYD高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)成套裝置是在(zai)同類產品YDJ(G)型高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的基礎上(shang),按(an)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)國家(jia)標準ZBK41006—89要求,經改進(jin)后生產的一種(zhong)新型產品,本系(xi)列產品具有體積(ji)小(xiao)、重量輕(qing)、結構緊湊、功能齊全、使用方便等特點。實(shi)用于電力、工礦、科(ke)研等部門(men),對各種(zhong)高壓(ya)電氣設(she)備、電氣元(yuan)件(jian)、絕緣(yuan)材料進(jin)行工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)和直流泄(xie)漏試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan),是高壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)驗(yan)中*的儀(yi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。

二、產品結構

LYYD高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)成(cheng)套(tao)裝置(zhi)鐵(tie)芯(xin)為單(dan)框式(shi)(shi)。線圈(quan)采用(yong)(yong)同(tong)芯(xin)圓(yuan)筒(tong)多層塔(ta)式(shi)(shi)結(jie)構(gou),初(chu)級低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在鐵(tie)芯(xin)上,次(ci)級高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)繞(rao)在低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)外側(ce),這種同(tong)軸布置(zhi)減少了(le)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)間的(de)(de)藕合損耗(hao)。高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)硅(gui)堆用(yong)(yong)特殊(shu)工藝封裝在套(tao)管(guan)內,產(chan)品的(de)(de)外殼制(zhi)成(cheng)與(yu)器芯(xin)配合較(jiao)佳的(de)(de)八角形結(jie)構(gou),整體外型美觀(guan)大方。其內外部結(jie)構(gou)見圖1。

三、工作原理

LYYD系列輕(qing)型高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯結組(zu)(zu)標號(hao)II。單臺(tai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的工(gong)作過程,用交流220V(10KVA以上為380V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)接(jie)入電(dian)(dian)源控制(zhi)箱(xiang)(臺(tai)),經(jing)電(dian)(dian)源控制(zhi)箱(xiang)(臺(tai))內自(zi)藕調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50KVA以上調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調(diao)節0~200V(10KVA以上0~400V)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)至試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級繞組(zu)(zu),根(gen)據電(dian)(dian)磁感應原(yuan)理(li),在(zai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)所需的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。其(qi)工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)圖(tu)見圖(tu)2所示。

2、單臺交直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)兩用(yong)型(xing)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器工(gong)作原理見圖3。圖中所示:高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)套管內裝(zhuang)有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)回路中作高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu),以(yi)獲得直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。當用(yong)一短(duan)路桿將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接時(shi),可獲得交流(liu)(liu)高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),其狀(zhuang)態(tai)為交流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu);反之在抽(chou)出(chu)短(duan)路桿時(shi),其狀(zhuang)態(tai)為直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸出(chu)。

四(si)、使用(yong)方(fang)法及(ji)注意(yi)事項    

1、LYYD高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器做工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗使用接(jie)(jie)線方法(fa)見圖5。做工頻(pin)耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗前(qian),先根據試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的額定容(rong)量(liang)選(xuan)擇(ze)好(hao)限流電阻(zu)(zu),(水電阻(zu)(zu))的阻(zu)(zu)值,再根據被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品需(xu)加的高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值調整好(hao)放電球隙(xi)的球間距,為(wei)了提高(gao)對被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品施加電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的測量(liang)精度(du),應在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)側接(jie)(jie)入FRC阻(zu)(zu)容(rong)分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器來測量(liang)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

按照圖(tu)(tu)4、結合圖(tu)(tu)2所進(jin)行的(de)(de)工頻耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗接好工作線(xian)路,試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)高壓(ya)繞阻的(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾)、儀表測量繞組的(de)(de)F端(duan)、試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)外殼以及(ji)電(dian)源控(kong)制箱(臺)的(de)(de)外殼必須可(ke)靠接地(di)。

用三(san)(san)臺(tai)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)串激做工頻耐壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)時(shi)、第二、三(san)(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初(chu)級(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)X端,儀表測量繞(rao)組(zu)的F端,以及高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)的X端(高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)尾(wei))均(jun)接本(ben)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的外(wai)殼,第二、三(san)(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的主體必須(xu)放置在(zai)絕緣支架上(shang)。除**級(ji)以外(wai)、第二、三(san)(san)級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的主體不要接地線。其(qi)接線方式見(jian)圖3所示。

接(jie)電(dian)源前,電(dian)源控制箱(xiang)(臺)的(de)調(diao)壓器必須調(diao)到(dao)零位。接(jie)通電(dian)源后,綠色(se)指(zhi)示燈亮,按一下啟動按鈕,紅色(se)指(zhi)示燈亮,表示試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器已接(jie)通控制電(dian)源,開(kai)始升壓。

從零(ling)位開始(shi)按順(shun)時(shi)針方(fang)向勻速旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)手輪升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。(升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方(fang)式有:快(kuai)速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)20S逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),即(ji)60S逐(zhu)級升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa),極慢速升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)供選用)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從零(ling)開始(shi)按選定(ding)的(de)(de)升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)速度(du)升(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)額定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)75%后(hou),再以每秒2%額定(ding)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)速度(du)升(sheng)到您(nin)所需(xu)試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并(bing)密(mi)切(qie)注意(yi)測量(liang)儀表的(de)(de)指示以及被試品的(de)(de)情況,被試品施加電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)時(shi)間到后(hou)。應在數(shu)秒內勻速將調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)返回,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降至1/3試驗(yan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)以下,按一下停(ting)止按鈕,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)停(ting)止,然后(hou)切(qie)斷電(dian)(dian)源線,試驗(yan)完畢。

工頻耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)操作過程注意事項

1、試(shi)驗人員應(ying)做好責任(ren)分工,設(she)定好試(shi)驗現場的(de)安(an)全(quan)距(ju)離(li),仔(zi)細檢查好被試(shi)品(pin)及試(shi)驗變(bian)壓器的(de)接地(di)情況,并設(she)有專人監護(hu)安(an)全(quan)及觀察被試(shi)品(pin)狀態工作(zuo)。

2、被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)主要(yao)部(bu)位應清(qing)理干(gan)凈,保(bao)持優良干(gan)燥,以免損壞被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)和帶來試(shi)驗數(shu)值(zhi)的誤(wu)差。

3、對大型設(she)備的試(shi)(shi)驗,一般都應先(xian)進行(xing)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓器的空升試(shi)(shi)驗,即不接(jie)試(shi)(shi)品時升壓至試(shi)(shi)驗電壓,以便(bian)校對好(hao)儀表的指示精度,調整好(hao)放電球隙的球間(jian)距。

4、做耐壓試(shi)驗時升壓速度(du)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)過快,并防止突然加壓,例如調壓器不(bu)(bu)在零(ling)位(wei)的突然合閘(zha),也不(bu)(bu)能(neng)(neng)突然斷電,一般應(ying)在調壓器降至零(ling)位(wei)時分閘(zha)。

5、在升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如(ru)發現(xian)下(xia)列不正常情(qing)況,1 電(dian)壓(ya)、電(dian)流表指針(zhen)擺動很大,2 被(bei)試(shi)品(pin)發出不正常響聲(sheng),3 發現(xian)絕緣有燒焦或冒(mao)煙現(xian)象,應立(li)即(ji)降壓(ya),切斷電(dian)源,停止試(shi)驗并查明原因。

6、使用(yong)本產品做高壓試驗時,除熟悉本說明書(shu)外,還(huan)必須嚴格執行國家有關標準(zhun)和(he)操作規(gui)程(cheng)。

2、YDQ交直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流兩(liang)用(yong)高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器做(zuo)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流耐壓(ya)和泄(xie)漏試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗使用(yong)接線(xian)方法見圖5。由于是交直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流兩(liang)用(yong)高(gao)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器,應把高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆短(duan)路(lu)桿從套管中抽出(chu)(chu)(chu),使試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器為(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)狀態。做(zuo)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流泄(xie)漏試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗前,先根據泄(xie)漏試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗中輸出(chu)(chu)(chu)端斷路(lu)電(dian)流不超過高(gao)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)*大整流為(wei)宜,選擇(ze)好(hao)限流電(dian)阻(zu)(水電(dian)阻(zu))的(de)阻(zu)值,再根據被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品對直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)波形的(de)要求(qiu)選擇(ze)好(hao)高(gao)壓(ya)濾波電(dian)容的(de)電(dian)容值。為(wei)了提(ti)高(gao)對被試(shi)(shi)(shi)品施加電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)測量(liang)精度,應在高(gao)壓(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容分(fen)壓(ya)器來(lai)測量(liang)電(dian)壓(ya)。

直流泄(xie)漏(lou)試驗操作過程注意事項

(1)試驗人員應做好責任分工,設定好試驗現場的安全距離,仔細檢查好被試品及試驗變壓器的接地情況,并設有專人監護安全及觀察被試品狀態工作。
(2)被試品做試驗前,應拆除所有對外連線,并充分放電,主要部位應清理干凈,保持優良干燥,以免損壞被試品及帶來試驗數值的誤差。
(3)對于大容量試品(電容器、超長電纜等)試驗時應緩慢升壓,防止被試品的充電電流過大而燒壞微安表,必要時應分級加壓分別讀取各電壓下微安表的穩定讀數。
(4)試驗(yan)過程中,應(ying)嚴密監視被(bei)試品、微安(an)表及試驗(yan)裝置等,一旦發生閃爍、擊穿等現象應(ying)立即降壓,切斷(duan)電源,并查明原(yuan)因。

六、主要試驗設備的選擇

1、試驗變壓器
其高壓(ya)側(ce)額定(ding)電壓(ya)應(ying)不小于被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的*高試(shi)(shi)驗電壓(ya),額定(ding)電流(liu)(liu)不小于被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的*大電容電流(liu)(liu)。被(bei)試(shi)(shi)品的電容電流(liu)(liu)和試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)器所(suo)需容量(liang)計算式為:

被(bei)試品電容(rong)(rong)量(liang)Cx可由交流電橋測(ce)出(chu)。常用的被(bei)試品電容(rong)(rong)量(liang)按表1選取(qu)。

2、調壓設備

(1)自藕(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)。其調(diao)壓(ya)范(fan)圍廣、功(gong)率(lv)損(sun)耗小、波(bo)形(xing)畸變(bian)小、選擇這(zhe)種(zhong)調(diao)壓(ya)方式為*好。自藕(ou)調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)容量(liang)按0.75 ~ 1倍的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)容量(liang)選擇,適用于容量(liang)為100KVA以下的(de)試(shi)驗變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)調(diao)壓(ya)。

(2)感應調壓(ya)器。其(qi)調壓(ya)范圍大,波形畸形小、但結構(gou)復雜、價格(ge)較貴,當(dang)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器的(de)容(rong)量較大時(如100KVA以(yi)上)使(shi)用。

3、限流電阻

限流電阻的作用是,當被試品擊穿時,限制斷路電流,從而保護試驗變壓器,防止故障的擴大。其數值以*高試驗電壓為準,按0.5 ~ 1 Ω / V(有效值)選擇,限流電阻可用水電阻。注意水不能充滿玻璃管,應留有余地,以防爆裂。
4、放電球隙

放電(dian)球隙的(de)(de)布(bu)置方(fang)式有垂(chui)直和水平兩種,球隙間距S和球的(de)(de)直徑D的(de)(de)關系應(ying)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)在(zai)0.05D ≤S ≤0.5D范(fan)圍(wei)內,球隙上的(de)(de)水電(dian)阻阻值一般按(an)0.1 ~ 1Ω/V選取,設置放電(dian)球隙的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)是(shi)為了對重要的(de)(de)被試品起(qi)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)作(zuo)用,可以(yi)將由(you)于誤操作(zuo)或(huo)被試品擊穿引起(qi)的(de)(de)過電(dian)壓(ya)限制在(zai)允許(xu)的(de)(de)范(fan)圍(wei)內。
