二(er)、YDQSF6氣體絕緣高壓試驗變壓器?產(chan)品結構

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)試驗(yan)變壓(ya)器采用單框芯式鐵芯結構,初級繞(rao)組繞(rao)在(zai)鐵芯上(shang),高(gao)壓(ya)繞(rao)組在(zai)外,這種同軸布(bu)置減少了漏磁通,因而增(zeng)大(da)了繞(rao)組間的(de)耦合。產品(pin)的(de)外殼為(wei)圓柱灌(guan)式容器結構,能耐受0.8MPa以(yi)上(shang)壓(ya)力(li)。其(qi)結構見圖1:

三(san)、工作原理

YDQ系列高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)為單相變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi),聯(lian)結組(zu)標號Ⅰ.Ⅰ. 用工頻220V(10kVA以上(shang)為380V)電源接入 (為本公(gong)司(si)生(sheng)產的試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)配套設備,詳細資料請見(jian)其(qi)具體(ti)使用說明書(shu))系列操作(zuo)箱(臺(tai)),經操作(zuo)箱內自偶(ou)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(50kVA以上(shang)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)外附)調節至0~200V(或0~400V)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸出(chu)至YDQ試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)的初級繞(rao)組(zu),根據電磁感(gan)應原理,在試(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞(rao)組(zu)可獲得試(shi)驗所需的高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)(ya)。

單(dan)臺YDQ系列交直(zhi)流高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)試驗變壓(ya)(ya)器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)圖見圖3,圖中(zhong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)套管中(zhong)裝(zhuang)有高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆,串接(jie)在高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)回路中(zhong)作(zuo)半波(bo)整流,以獲得直(zhi)流高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya)。當(dang)用一(yi)短(duan)路桿(gan)將高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)硅堆短(duan)接(jie)時(shi),可獲得工(gong)頻高(gao)電壓(ya)(ya),作(zuo)為(wei)交流輸出狀態;取消短(duan)路桿(gan)時(shi),作(zuo)為(wei)直(zhi)流輸出狀態。

試(shi)驗變壓(ya)器高壓(ya)套管中的高壓(ya)硅堆未(wei)畫出,其原理與上圖相同。

工頻(pin)耐(nai)壓試驗中限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R1應(ying)根(gen)據試驗變壓器的(de)額(e)定(ding)(ding)容量來選(xuan)擇。如高壓側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在100~300mA時,可(ke)取0.5~1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓);高壓側額(e)定(ding)(ding)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為1A以上時,可(ke)取1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓)。常用(yong)水電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻作為限流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,管(guan)子長度可(ke)按(an)150kV/m考慮,管(guan)子粗細(xi)應(ying)具(ju)有(you)足夠的(de)熱容量(水阻液配制方法(fa):用(yong)蒸餾水加入適量硫酸(suan)銅配制成各種不同的(de)阻值)。

球(qiu)(qiu)間隙及保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻:當電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)超過球(qiu)(qiu)間隙整定值時(一般(ban)取試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)110%~120%),球(qiu)(qiu)間隙放電(dian)(dian),對被試品起到保(bao)護(hu)作用。球(qiu)(qiu)間隙保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)(dian)阻可(ke)按1Ω/V(試驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya))選取。

在(zai)工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗中,低電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(儀表電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya))不(bu)是非常準確的,其原(yuan)因是由于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)漏抗,在(zai)這(zhe)個漏抗上(shang)(shang)必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降或容升,使試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)低于(yu)或高(gao)(gao)于(yu)低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)表上(shang)(shang)反映(ying)出(chu)來的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。工(gong)頻耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)高(gao)(gao)于(yu)試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的輸出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),也就是所謂(wei)容升現象。感應(ying)耐(nai)(nai)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗時,試(shi)(shi)驗變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)的漏抗必然存(cun)在(zai)著(zhu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)降。為(wei)了(le)準確測(ce)量(liang)被試(shi)(shi)品(pin)(pin)(pin)上(shang)(shang)所施加(jia)的電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),因此常在(zai)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)側接入FRC阻(zu)容分(fen)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)來測(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(見(jian)圖5)。

工頻耐(nai)壓試驗操(cao)作(zuo)注意事(shi)項

1)試(shi)驗人員應做好分工(gong),明確相互間方法。并有專(zhuan)門人監護(hu)現場安全及觀察試(shi)品(pin)狀態(tai)。

2)被試品(pin)應(ying)先清掃干凈,并干燥,以(yi)免損壞被試品(pin)和試驗帶來(lai)的誤差。

3)對于大型試(shi)驗,一般都應先進行空升試(shi)驗。即不(bu)接試(shi)品時(shi)升壓(ya)至試(shi)驗電壓(ya),校對各種(zhong)表(biao)計(ji),調整球間(jian)隙。

4)升壓(ya)速度不能太快,并必須防止(zhi)突然加壓(ya)。例如調壓(ya)器(qi)不在零位時突然合閘。也不能突然切斷(duan)電源,一般應在調壓(ya)器(qi)降(jiang)至零位時拉(la)閘。

5)當電壓升(sheng)至(zhi)試驗電壓時(shi),開(kai)始計時(shi),到1min后,迅(xun)速降壓到1/3試驗電壓以下時(shi),才能拉開(kai)電源。

6)在(zai)升壓(ya)或耐(nai)壓(ya)試(shi)驗過程中,如發現下列不正(zheng)常(chang)情況時(shi),應立即降壓(ya),切斷(duan)電(dian)源。停止(zhi)試(shi)驗并查明原因(yin):①電(dian)壓(ya)表(biao)指針擺動很(hen)大;②發現絕緣(yuan)燒焦(jiao)或冒煙;③被試(shi)品內有不正(zheng)常(chang)的聲(sheng)音。

7)耐壓試驗前(qian)后應測(ce)量(liang)絕緣電阻(zu),檢查絕緣情況。

試驗變壓器在(zai)做被試品的直流耐壓或泄露(lu)試驗時接線原(yuan)理圖(tu)如圖(tu)6。

注:此試驗應(ying)先抽出(chu)短路(lu)桿“D”,圖6中所(suo)示。

泄露試(shi)驗中限流(liu)電(dian)阻R1選擇在額定(ding)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)時(shi),輸(shu)出(chu)端短路電(dian)流(liu)不超過高壓(ya)硅堆的(de)大整流(liu)。如電(dian)壓(ya)硅堆的(de)大整流(liu)電(dian)流(liu)為100mA時(shi)用于(yu)60kV的(de)試(shi)驗裝置(zhi)中,限流(liu)電(dian)阻按R1=60/0.1=600kΩ選擇。限流(liu)電(dian)阻還應具有足夠的(de)容量和沿面放電(dian)距離(li)。

高壓(ya)濾波電容C1一(yi)般選擇在0.01~0.1μF,當被試(shi)品的電容量很(hen)大時,C1可省略不用。

泄露試驗的操作及注意事項

1)試驗前應先(xian)檢查被試品(pin)是否(fou)停(ting)電,接(jie)地放電,一切(qie)對外連線是否(fou)擦干凈(jing)。要嚴防將試驗電壓加到有人工作(zuo)的部位上去。

2)接(jie)(jie)好(hao)試驗裝置的(de)接(jie)(jie)線后,應復(fu)查無誤(wu)后才可(ke)加壓。應特別(bie)注意檢(jian)查高(gao)壓設(she)備(bei)及引線與地(di)、與操(cao)作人員的(de)安(an)全(quan)距離,被試品的(de)外(wai)殼是否可(ke)靠接(jie)(jie)地(di),要按安(an)全(quan)規程(cheng)中所規定的(de)內容進行試驗。

3)對于大電(dian)容量設備應(ying)緩慢升壓(ya),防止被試(shi)品的充電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)燒(shao)壞微(wei)安表(biao)。必要時應(ying)分級加壓(ya),分別讀取各級電(dian)壓(ya)下微(wei)安表(biao)的穩定(ding)讀數(shu)。

4)試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中,應密切(qie)監視被試(shi)品、試(shi)驗(yan)裝置、微(wei)安表(biao),一旦發生擊穿、閃爍等異(yi)常現(xian)象應立即降壓,切(qie)斷(duan)電源,并查明(ming)原(yuan)因,詳細記錄。

5)試驗完畢,降(jiang)壓(ya),切斷電源(yuan)后(hou)應將被試品及試驗裝置(zhi)本身(shen)充分放電。

四、注意事項

1、按照您所(suo)進(jin)行的(de)試驗(yan)接好工(gong)作(zuo)線路。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器的(de)外殼以及操作(zuo)系統的(de)外殼必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。試驗(yan)變(bian)壓(ya)器高壓(ya)繞(rao)組的(de)X端(duan)(高壓(ya)尾(wei))以及測量繞(rao)組的(de)F端(duan)必須(xu)可(ke)靠接地。

2、做串級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)時,第(di)(di)二(er)(er)級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)低(di)壓繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan),測量繞組的(de)(de)(de)F端(duan)以及高壓繞組的(de)(de)(de)X端(duan)(高壓尾(wei))均接本級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外殼。第(di)(di)二(er)(er)級(ji)、第(di)(di)三級(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)變壓器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)外殼必須通過絕緣支架接地。

3、接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan)前,操作系統的調壓(ya)器(qi)必(bi)須調到零位后(hou)方可接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)源(yuan),合(he)閘,開始升壓(ya)。

4、從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)均(jun)勻(yun)旋轉調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器手輪升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)有:快速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)20s逐級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa),即(ji)60s逐級(ji)(ji)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa);極慢(man)(man)速升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)法(fa)(fa)(fa)供選用。電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)從(cong)零(ling)開(kai)(kai)始(shi)按一定(ding)(ding)的(de)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)方式和速度上升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)75%后(hou),在以每秒2%額定(ding)(ding)試(shi)驗電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)速度升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)您所需的(de)額定(ding)(ding)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),并密切注意(yi)測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)以及(ji)被試(shi)品的(de)情(qing)況。升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)過程中(zhong)或試(shi)驗過程中(zhong)如發現測量(liang)儀表(biao)的(de)指示(shi)及(ji)被試(shi)品情(qing)況異常,應立即(ji)降壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),切斷電(dian)(dian)源,查明情(qing)況。

5、試驗完畢(bi)后,應(ying)在數(shu)秒內勻(yun)速的將(jiang)調壓(ya)器返回至零位,然后切斷電源。

6、本產(chan)品不得超過額定參數(shu)使用。除試驗必(bi)須(xu)外,決不允許全(quan)電(dian)壓通電(dian)或斷電(dian)。

7、再升壓或耐壓試驗過(guo)程中,如發現以下(xia)不正常情況時,應(ying)立(li)即(ji)降壓,切斷電源,停止試驗并查明原因。

⑴電壓(ya)表指針(zhen)擺動(dong)(或數(shu)字跳(tiao)動(dong))很大

⑵電流表直線上升

被(bei)試(shi)品內(nei)有不正常(chang)的(de)聲音

8、圖1中第(di)9項系壓力閥及壓力表,為長期(qi)關閉狀態。每6個月開閥一(yi)次,以檢(jian)查(cha)SF6壓力,應(ying)不小于0.2MPa(檢(jian)查(cha)壓力后立(li)即(ji)關閉閥門),低(di)于0.2MPa時應(ying)加SF6氣體,以增加氣絕緣。

9、耐壓實驗前(qian)后應測量被試(shi)設備的絕緣電阻,檢查絕緣情(qing)況。

10、當(dang)試驗變壓器長期(qi)不使用時,應放置于通風、干燥(zao)、無陽光直(zhi)射(she)的(de)地方(fang)。

11、該產(chan)品不允許(xu)在高于45℃的溫(wen)度(du)下長(chang)期存放、使用、放氣。

12、運(yun)輸(shu)搬(ban)運(yun)途中不得重力沖(chong)擊(ji)。

13、產品緊固件及(ji)壓力閥(fa)、壓力表(biao)不得擅自松動。

14、使用本(ben)產品(pin)做高壓(ya)(ya)試驗時,出熟悉本(ben)說明書外,還必(bi)須嚴格執行國家有關(guan)標(biao)準和操作規程。可參照GB311-83《高壓(ya)(ya)輸(shu)變設備的絕(jue)緣(yuan)配合,高壓(ya)(ya)試驗技術》;《電(dian)氣(qi)設備預(yu)防性試驗規程》等。

五(wu)、容量選擇(ze)

標稱試驗變壓器容量Pn的確定公式(shi):Pn=kVn 2ωCt×10-9

一、產(chan)品概述

變壓器和互感器的感應耐壓試驗是保證變壓器質量符合國家標準的一項重要試驗。變壓器繞組的匝間、層間、段間及相間絕緣的縱絕緣感應耐壓試驗,則是變壓器絕緣試驗中的重要項目。基于縱絕緣試驗中的特殊性,需要通過施加倍頻電源裝置,以提高繞組間絕緣的試驗電壓,從而達到耐壓試驗的目的。
是為滿足上述要求而設計制造,經過廣大用戶使用證明:其操作簡單、性能可靠、能較好地滿足變壓器、互感器感應耐壓試驗的需要。

二、工作(zuo)原理

由三臺單相變壓組成,其工作原理如圖一

三臺單(dan)相(xiang)變壓(ya)器的(de)一(yi)次繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)接(jie)(jie)成(cheng)星形,二次繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)接(jie)(jie)成(cheng)開(kai)(kai)口(kou)三角形,因(yin)為加在一(yi)次繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)上的(de)電壓(ya)較(jiao)高,鐵芯(xin)飽和,三臺單(dan)相(xiang)變壓(ya)器磁(ci)通(tong)(tong)中(zhong)都有基頻(pin)(pin)分量和三倍頻(pin)(pin)分量,三臺單(dan)相(xiang)變壓(ya)器二次開(kai)(kai)口(kou)三角形連接(jie)(jie)使基頻(pin)(pin)分量相(xiang)抵消,從而實行開(kai)(kai)口(kou)三角的(de)倍頻(pin)(pin)電壓(ya)輸(shu)出,并通(tong)(tong)過繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)外(wai)接(jie)(jie)單(dan)相(xiang)調壓(ya)器,即(ji)可(ke)實現三倍頻(pin)(pin)電壓(ya)的(de)調節(jie)。

四、SFQ使用方法

為分(fen)體式(shi)設備。即三倍(bei)頻(pin)發(fa)生器(qi)和三倍(bei)頻(pin)控(kong)制(zhi)裝置,并設有過濾保護,電流表(biao)、三倍(bei)頻(pin)輸出、電壓表(biao),以進行監視和便(bian)于使用,其控(kong)制(zhi)裝置面(mian)板上接線柱與主機連接方(fang)式(shi)如下圖所示:

按如下步驟進行操作:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,則控制裝置綠色指示燈亮。
2、將調壓器回零,啟動紅色按鈕,則三倍頻發生器通電運行,調壓器等待升壓。
3、將調壓器調壓至試驗所需電壓值且嚴密監視控制裝置中的電流和電壓值,并作好詳細記錄。

4、如在試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程中(zhong),被試(shi)品(pin)出現匝間、層間或段間、相間絕緣(yuan)擊(ji)穿(chuan)現象,則控制回路中(zhong)試(shi)驗(yan)電流(liu)增大,繼電器可立即跳閘,斷(duan)電。

5、試驗完畢(bi),將調壓器退(tui)回(hui)零位。

五、外接補償問題:
對容性負載如高壓試驗變壓器、電容式電壓互感器可不外接補償,或外接感性補償。對感性負載,一般外接容性補償,其補償值為感性負載容量的50%。

六、維修及保養:
本設備請置于通風干燥處保存。本產品免費保修壹年。
